PATTERNS WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS
"The Parka is an Eskimo garment from the Aleutine Islands. Originally designed for skiing and mountaineering, it has now become a item of casual-wear. Similar to an anorak, the parka is made from a waterproof fabric, often padded, with a front zip fastening. It ends at mid-thigh level and can have a hood, sometimes trimmed with fur."
It is usually sewn in waterproof fabric with a quilted lining. Add seam allowances.

What a great service! Downloaded and printed the file immediately, and my wife (who's not an expert tailor but knows what she's doing with a sewing machine) said it was perfectly clear to assemble and had all the indications we needed. We had chosen a nice dark blue waterproof fabric that worked well. The fit is excellent, as an XL man going on in the years I'm not an easy customer, and I'm sure I'll be coming back here. Really good value for money.
